Private Suites

Private suites are sectioned off areas within our data centres for customers requiring their own space away from our mixed rack areas.

Available at most of our edge data centres, Private Suites allow customers to have their own room, power supply and determine their own access control while having that extra bit of security.

Full suites usually cost around a minimum of 6 full racks and have different size spaces available, sometimes with combined workshop/office space as well.

Frequently Asked
Questions

Do I get 24/7 Access?

Yes, you can access your suite like other customers 24/7, then access your own private room/area.

How many racks do the suites support?

That would be determined by the space available at the time, however we do have a minimum of 6 racks.  Contact us to discuss what space is available.

Can I bring my own carriers into the suite?

Yes you can, and the cross-connects for these will be free of charge.

What are the benefits to having a suite vs renting single racks?

Private suites are ideal for customers wanting their own secure area within our data as it’s physically separated from the rest of the area that other customers can access.

Having your own secure area can also be beneficial when staff are working on your equipment, or you want better control over your power and metering (ideal for wholesale customers) or you just want all the benefits of having your own data centre, but without the costs and hassle of maintaining it.
